Delivery

Delivery prices are based on weight (please see below). Orders under 1.8kg are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders that exceed this are sent using a trackable courier service. We aim to have orders dispatched to you as quickly as possible. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. However, please note that during busy periods or disruptions caused by industrial strike action by mail providers, deliveries may take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days. A safe place or neighbour can be specified at the time of ordering. Please use the comments box to include this information. Prices are for UK mainland delivery only. For delivery outside of the UK mainland, please contact us before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Coffee

We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, please email us within 24 hours of delivery. Our coffee is roasted to order, therefore we cannot take returns for coffee purchased incorrectly or for change of mind.

Accessories

If any accessories/equipment purchased are faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
